A Cultural Exchange 8.0 Offers Stage for Dialogue on Arts and Culture in this Region.

Posted on: September 23, 2019 by THEMUSEUM
Kitchener, ON – Local federal candidates from the ridings of Kitchener Centre, Kitchener Conestoga, and Waterloo have agreed to share their vision for arts and culture in this Region.

Not a traditional debate, the evening allows candidates to speak for a predetermined amount of time from the stage then join the public at round tables. After each candidate shares their vision they move to the next table ensuring small dialogues and face to face exchanges with all in attendance.

“This format has proven to be successful for thoughtful dialogue and offers the public an opportunity for in-depth discussion”, said David Marskell, CEO at THEMUSEUM

A Cultural Exchange 8.0 will be moderated by Craig Norris from CBC Kitchener.

The free and licensed event takes place at THEMUSEUM beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 3, 2019.
