Join us this September for a fitness event that takes care of your mind and body! For only $15, you’ll have the chance to try a 20 min class at The Attic Yoga, Cyclone Spin Studio, and TEMPL. Fitness. Between classes, refresh yourself on the go with snacks from, Cafe Pyrus and our favourite DTK grocery store, Legacy Greens!
We end the day back at THEMUSEUM with some activities to boost your mental health that includes colouring pages, activities, and a visit from St. John Ambulance KW Therapy Dogs!
Every participant will receive a branded water bottle and tote bag.

How do I make sure I am in the same group as my friends?
There are 3 groups you can register for. Group A, B and C. Make sure that all your tickets are in the same group to participate together.
What do I wear?
Something comfortable and easy to move around in! We suggest activewear or other comfortable clothes.
Do I need to bring a water bottle?
No! We will be providing everyone with a re-usable water bottle that you can fill up at THEMUSEUM. However, if you prefer to bring your own water bottle you are more than welcome to.
What if it rains?
The event will happen rain or shine! Please keep an eye on the weather prior to the event so you can come prepared with an umbrella or rain jacket. The event will be postponed in the case of severe weather. You will be notified 24 hours in advance of this decision.
Where can I park?
There is a parking garage on the corner of Duke St. and Ontario St. (you will see a green spiral). The parking garage is located at 33 Ontario St N, Kitchener, ON N2H 6N7. The parking garage is free on Sundays.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before the event to allow time for check-in. The warm-up will start promptly at 1:00pm.
How will I know where to go?
Each group will be given a QR code to scan that will have a map and schedule to follow for the event. We will also have volunteers stationed at each location to assist with any questions or wayfinding.
Do I need any prior experience for the fitness classes?
No! This event is designed to accommodate all levels of fitness.
Is this event okay for beginners?
Yes, absolutely! We encourage participants of all levels of fitness to participate. The goal is to promote wellness and have fun!
