KITCHENER, ON | May 3, 2023THEMUSEUM is excited to host Lisa LaFlamme, Canadian television journalist, on September 21, 2023.

Lisa LaFlamme has been at the forefront of journalism for over 30 years tackling some of the biggest issues of our time, travelling the globe, delivering breaking news and keeping Canadians abreast of world, national and local events.

In this fireside chat, moderated by The Record’s Luisa D’Amato, LaFlamme will discuss the highlights of her stellar career as a news journalist.

THEMUSEUM is excited to host Lisa LaFlamme as part of its continuation of – An Evening with – series that has featured notable woman speakers including Margaret Atwood and Fran Lebowitz” … said Linda Fabi, Vice President of THEMUSEUM Board. Linda is the former Director of the Waterloo Region District School Board, the largest public sector employer in the Region. “This conversation with Lisa is sure to inspire all in attendance” … Linda said.

The event will be held at THEMUSEUM, 10 King Street W, Kitchener, on September 21, 2023, at 8 pm.

General admission tickets will start at $50+HST and VIP packages including dinner with Ms. LaFlamme and a partial tax receipt will begin at $250+HST. Tickets go on sale May 15 at 9 AM.

An Evening with Lisa LaFlamme is in support of THEMUSEUM’s free education initiative. To raise funds to make curriculum school visits at no cost to as many students as possible.
