THEMUSEUM Honours Nelson Mandela International Day

Kitchener, ON – In honour of Mandela Day 2020, Saturday, July 18, THEMUSEUM is pledging every admission received on July 18 to the AIDS Committee of Cambridge, Kitchener, and Waterloo & Area (ACCKWA) to support the incredible work of the ACB Network Waterloo Region.

African Caribbean Black (ACB) Network Waterloo Region is a coalition of Black-African diaspora who are working together to strengthen the voices of ACB peoples in the community. THEMUSEUM is honoured to be able to support ACB Network Waterloo Region.

Nelson Mandela International Day (Mandela Day) is an annual international day in honour of Nelson Mandela. Mandela Day is a day to honour the legacy of Nelson Mandela, South Africa’s former President, and his values. Mandela Day is a global call to action that celebrates the idea that each individual has the power to transform the world, the ability to make an impact.
