President’s Choice SuperDogs Come to Kitchener Waterloo Bingemans, CNE and THEMUSEUM Team up for Family Experience

Kitchener, ON – As the impact of COVID-19 across Waterloo Region continues, so does the demand for family outings and summer fun. That is where two important attractions have come together to unleash an annual feature of the Canadian National Exhibition

President’s Choice SuperDogs will be presented by THEMUSEUM at Bingemans On The Grand Drive-In for three shows a day at 1pm, 3pm and 7pm Sunday,  August 23 – Tuesday,  August 25.

Bingemans hosts events at our new Drive-In, and we are pleased to work with two great traditions, the Canadian National Exhibition and THEMUSEUM to bring a taste of the CNE to our community,” said Mark Bingeman.

The nine shows, over three days, will be a collaboration with the Canadian National Exhibition which has gone virtual for this their 141st year.

“It is great to see two community pillars thinking outside of the box to create a collaboration of fun and excitement during a difficult time. The unexpected intersection allows us to shine a light on the science of the SuperDogs as we partner with the ‘go-to place for entertainment’ in the Region”, said David Marskell, CEO of THEMUSEUM.

The Drive-In format at Bingemans allows for a fun and safe experience from the comfort of the family car. The Ringmaster can be heard on the car’s FM radio as families watch the live and energetic dogs run, jump and appear to fly as they try to outperform their canine competition!

Tickets go on sale at  www.onthegrand.ca on Wednesday, July 29, 2020, at 9am and are only $29.99 per car.  The fun goes rain or shine. Every ticket comes with two FREE passes to THEMUSEUM.

About the Canadian National Exhibition

Founded in 1879, the Canadian National Exhibition is the largest fair in Canada and one of the top 10 fairs in North America.   Taking place over the 18 Days leading up to, and including, Labour Day Monday, the CNE continues to be a collective community celebration, which embraces the rich diversity of the region and transcends time and language.  The 2020 CNE was cancelled in May of this year, due to the outbreak of COVID-19.  This is the first time since 1942 that the CNE was cancelled due to the outbreak of the Second World War, which closed the fair from 1942 to 1946.
